Terms and Conditions for Career Counselling Academy Workshop

Thank you for choosing Career Counselling Academy for your career development needs. Before participating in our workshop, please carefully read and understand the following terms and conditions:

Workshop Participation: By registering for the Career Counselling Academy workshop, you agree to actively participate in all sessions and activities conducted during the workshop.

Eligibility: The workshop is designed for 10th and 12th-grade students seeking clarity in long-term career planning and development. Participants must meet this eligibility criterion to attend the workshop.

Workshop Fee: The workshop fee is ₹499/-. Payment must be made in full prior to the workshop to secure your spot. Payment details will be provided upon registration.

Refund Policy: We are committed to your satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with the workshop for any reason, you are entitled to a full refund. No questions will be asked. To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of completing the workshop.

Counselling Method Validity: Our counselling methods have been validated through the successful guidance of over 500 students. We employ evidence-based strategies to assist you in making informed career decisions.

Confidentiality: All information shared during the workshop, including personal and career-related details, will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Our counsellors adhere to strict ethical standards to ensure your privacy and trust.

Respectful Conduct: Participants are expected to engage in respectful and professional conduct throughout the workshop. Any form of harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in immediate dismissal from the workshop without refund.

Intellectual Property: All materials, resources, and content provided during the workshop are the intellectual property of Career Counselling Academy. Participants may not reproduce, distribute, or use any materials without prior written consent.

Liability: Career Counselling Academy and its representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the workshop, including but not limited to personal injury or loss of property.

Modification of Terms: Career Counselling Academy reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the workshop constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
