At Careersahi, we strive to provide valuable and satisfactory workshop experiences for our participants. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate cancellation. Please review our cancellation and refund policy below:

Cancellation by Participant

Cancellation Requests: If you need to cancel your registration for the workshop, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting us through the provided channels.

Refund Eligibility: Refunds for cancellations will be provided according to the following schedule:

Cancellation requests made [3 days] or more before the workshop date: Full refund.

Cancellation requests made between [3 days] and [5 days] before the workshop date: [100]% refund.

Cancellation requests made [7 days] or less before the workshop date: No refund.

Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used during registration.

Cancellation by Careersahi

Workshop Cancellation: In the unlikely event that Careersahi cancels the workshop due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient registrations, participants will be notified promptly, and a full refund will be issued.

Rescheduling: If the workshop is rescheduled to a new date, participants unable to attend the rescheduled date will be eligible for a full refund upon request.

Refund Disputes

Dispute Resolution: If you believe that you are entitled to a refund under the terms of this policy and encounter any issues, please contact us immediately to resolve the matter.

Refund Denial: Refund requests that do not comply with the terms of this policy may be denied. We reserve the right to refuse refund requests at our discretion.
